I’ve chosen lovely threads in shades of blue, tans and gold, using beautiful over-dyed silks, silk flosses, and even some lustrous pearls and sparkling beads. Enjoy various cute specialty stitches, a touch of Hardanger, Drawn Thread, and some Cross Stitched areas too. This design was created for one of our VS Retreats, but all the lettering can be easily changed, using the enclosed Alphabet. You have lots of options with this design! Frame the pocket sampler in an exquisite little frame, or finish the other accessories separately instead of sewing to the blue cloth..! - 1 spool - Cotton sewing thread (colour to match outside fabric);
- 1 spool - Cotton sewing thread (colour to match design fabric);
- Iron-on Interfacing medium weight;
- 1/2 yd Fleece Pellon or Thin Cotton Quilters Batting;
- High Loft Polyester Quilt Batting;
- 4 ply Mat Board (Acid Free);
- Freezer Paper;
- Straight Pins (quilters pins and silk pins);
- Aileen’s Tacky Glue & Elmer’s White Glue;
- Sharp Paper scissors and Fabric scissors;
