Summer is blooming all over this seasonal garden sampler! As you walk into this garden at the bottom of the sampler, you’ll find our lady gardener resting on her chaise longue in the shade, enjoying the fruits of her labour in her lush summer garden. She is luxuriating with some lemonade, and watching the birds and enjoying the summer breezes. Strawberries are ripening in beds further into the garden, and then her little kitty is enjoying the beautiful blossoms as she watches the tiny hummingbirds fill their tummies with nectar. Passing some flower beds further on, you come to the top of the sampler, where the gazebo beckons you to sit and watch the sailboats on the water, and overlook the little beach in front. This Learning Sampler is perfect for the beginning through intermediate specialty stitcher. You will practice some lovely specialty stitches such as Lazy Daisies, Cross Stitches, Backstitches, Double Herringbone Hemstitches, Rosebud Stitches, Single Cross Eyelets, Knit Stitches, and Four-sided Pulled Stitches.
